1. Scope of Services
CredResolve provides credit report repair services which include: credit report analysis across CIBIL, Experian and Equifax; identification of inaccuracies; filing of disputes with bureaus and lenders on your behalf; and guidance on credit score improvement. We do NOT offer loans, debt settlement, debt negotiation, or bank settlement services.
2. Client Cooperation
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, share supporting documents where required, and cooperate in a timely manner. Delays or misinformation on your part may impact the outcome and timeline of your case.
3. No Guarantee of Specific Outcome
While we work diligently and ethically, credit repair outcomes ultimately depend on the response of credit bureaus and lenders. We do not guarantee any specific point-increase, DPD removal, or timeline. Any indicative numbers on our website (such as "60–90 days" or "120+ points") reflect typical past client outcomes and are not a promise.
4. Fees & Payments
Fees are shared transparently after a free credit report review, based on the complexity of your case. Fees are payable as per the engagement agreement signed at onboarding. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, fees paid are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Ethical & Legal Compliance
All disputes are raised on legitimate grounds using accurate information provided by you. We do not encourage, support, or engage in the removal of correctly reported adverse information. Any misuse of our services will result in immediate termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CredResolve's total liability under any engagement shall be limited to the fees actually paid by you for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with prior written notice. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi.
