1. Access Controls

Access to client files is restricted to authorised personnel assigned to your case. Every team member operates under a signed confidentiality obligation. Client dashboards are protected by password or Google-based authentication.

2. Data in Transit

All communication with our web portal is served over HTTPS/TLS. Documents you upload through our portal are transmitted over encrypted connections.

3. Data at Rest

Client data is stored on secure managed cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and role-based access. Original KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar) are kept in a restricted-access storage bucket separate from public data.

4. Operational Practices

We follow the principle of least privilege, review access periodically, and maintain internal SOPs for handling credit bureau reports and dispute correspondence.

5. Incident Response

If we detect or are notified of any security incident that materially affects your data, we will investigate promptly and communicate with affected clients as required by law.

6. Shared Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, verifying the accuracy of the information you share, and reporting any suspicious activity to us.

7. Reporting a Vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact us at support@mssolutionsindia.online or WhatsApp +91 94305 32740. Please do not publicly disclose the issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it.
