Days 0–15: Discovery and audit
We pull all four bureau reports (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF). Most people's reports contradict each other — an account marked as DPD on CIBIL but Standard on Experian, for example. Every discrepancy is a repair opportunity.
Deliverable: a full audit document listing every removable error with dispute strategy.
Days 15–45: Disputes filed
Structured disputes go out to bureaus and lenders in parallel. Under RBI norms, bureaus must respond within 30 days. Roughly 40% of clean-cut disputes are resolved in this window and you'll see your first score jump — typically 30–80 points.

Days 45–90: Escalations and finishing
Contested disputes go to escalation — RBI Ombudsman filings, lender grievance cells, direct engagement with bank compliance teams. Utilization optimization runs in parallel. By day 90, most clients see 100–200+ point improvement and their profile becomes loan-ready.
When to expect longer
Cases involving wilful default tags, court cases, or fraud can take 4–6 months. Written-off accounts older than 5 years may need archival record retrieval from the bank, which adds 45–60 days.
